    Animal M STAK and Bulking

    Hey everyone, how much percent of a calorie surplus should I eat while taking Animal M Stak. Since it better partitions the nutrients, would eating any more than the traditional 20% calorie surplus be anymore beneficial? I am 5'6.5" 138 lbs about 15% body fat and I eat about 2900-3000 calories a day composed of about 100g Fats, 350g Carbs, and 175g Protein. What do you guys think?

    First off, if you are at 15% body fat, do you really want to be bulking?

    As for your actual calorie intake, experiment with it and see what you like. M-Stak significantly increased my appetite so I had to eat far more than usual. It worked out fantastically, though. I gained plenty of muscle mass with minimal fat gain.

    this exactly. i can also vouch for the m-stak appetite increase. I couldnt stop eating on that cycle.

    I honestly don't think I have enough muscle mass to walk around in the single digit body fat percentages.
