Lol'd at counting out 6 green beans.

    Read the stickies brah.

Just curious, why do you want to be that lean? Most guys are happy with 10-12%. 2-4% is the bare minimum essential BF%

Great work if you can stick to this diet, srs.

Have you checked out how to calc you TDEE's? If you have you can then be a little more creative as to what foods make up your cutting diet.

You posted a very similar question 4 months ago and got the same answer you did here. You need a caloric deficit to lose weight, it's simple. You need proper macros for muscle retention, hormone support, sanity, satiety, personal preference, etc. You also need sufficient micros and fiber for basically every bodily function. How you achieve this has nothing to do with the names of the food. The timing and frequency of said food is completely irrelevant to body composition, as well.

The stickies are located at the top of the first nutrition page, with "Sticky:" beside them. Read the one for calculating your calories and macros. And then read the rest of them.
