    Bodyfat? I think its time for a mini cut!



    So what bodyfat do you think im at?
    Wanna do a quick 4-8 week mini-cut then carry on bulking!

    my guess 18%-20%
    Bench - 235lbs
    Squat - 264lbs
    Deadlift - 425lbs

    My guess is 16% or so..you could do a cut, or continue bulking...really its up to you.

    I personally like bulking up to 20...cutting to 10

    Mini cuts are good if you want to stay leaner year round....I started doing mini cuts and I love it...if your going to mini cut....no longer than a month

    Yeah I basically started off bulking fine, went to uni an the first few weeks my diet was WAY off! Alot of drinking and eating fast food made me put on the lbs! But have it all sorted now so need to cut abit

    You can use pictures of people that know for sure what their bodyfat is as a standard to compare yourself to if you don't have a way of testing your actual percentage. However you need to keep in mind that you may hold fat in different areas and the amount of lean body mass you contain will make you appear completely different that someone with a higher or lower amount of muscularity. Anyways, I hope this helps.

    Up to you, if its winter i'd bulk to 18-20% then cut to 10-12% when its nearing summer where ever you live, you look about 16% atm
