How Much is 1 Serving?

Hi Everyone,

Kinda silly question maybe, just had this niggling doubt for many months. I normally think a scoop filled to the brim is 1 serving. I am talking in the perspective of Myofusion.

Should be top of the scoop. Most companies will indicate on label instructions if it's to the brim or to the line.

Otherwise, just plop it onto a gram scale and see which matches the serving size mass.

Does not say anything on the spoon where is the limit. Will go over, the back of the bucket to see if anything is there!

It's on the label - normally that's the first thing you should read..?

I'm pretty positive it says "One Rounded Scoop" which is like 39ish grams or so

I've had a tub, that's why I know it's one rounded scoop... but I'm just saying - don't you think you should look at the nutrition label before you use it? Otherwise you're just putting random powder in your body basically.

I knew it to be 1 scoop full, but the spoons vary a lot. When i was back in my home country, the spoon provided with bucket was much smaller than what i have now. I still do have it as one scoop full, but something just wanted me to double check.

Scoops come in standard sizes, supplement servings do not. The only way you'll know is if you buy a $10 scale and measure it.
