Well i did one final Men's Physique competition for fun this past weekend. I know I needed to be leaner, but aside from that please critique my physique. Be brutally honest. What needs work? What doesnt? What sticks out as bad? Any suggestions/advice? All serious answers will be appreciated and i'll rep as many as I can.
Also contemplating switching over to bodybuilding in the late spring/early summer. Any thoughts on that? I've been told i'm getting too 'big' for MP.

I would say hit the abs hard and come in leaner than you were here and you would be good.

You look good man but more like a off season amatuer bodybuilder than a fitness model imo. Like you said u need to be leaner. Your still pretty big for fitness so u can afford to lose the size and youd look ****in jacked. Your traps/ chest are your strength imo bit again it makes you look more like a guy who does s lot of heavy bench and deadlifts rather than your.ttpical fitness guy. Just my opinion.

Abs blocky not well defined and slight what looks like gyno. Other than that, nice shoulders, thick chest, and good serratus/lats. Mirin hard.

Thanks man, agreed. I've been hitting them hard lately, I used to never directly work them and i can definitely tell since i've started blasting them hard 2x a week they're starting to respond decently.
O.o I sincerely hope this is a copy pasta
Lol thanks man, I actually used to be a competitive boxer. My legs are strong and fairly big at 26", but yes, they definitely will need to be hammered on for hypertrophy in them if i decide to do bb'ing in the spring/summer. Agreed.
My delts are actually one of my strongest muscles (if not my strongest) I have pretty insane delt strength, although I suppose that doesn't mean it crosses over to size, so i'll keep that in mind. The gyno you're right about, it sucks. Had it since i was 13 or so, so the only way to get rid of it at this point is surgery :/
Haha thanks man, i kind of like my hair style, bishes always be mirin it.
My legs are very strong and quite big, but agreed, they need work if i want to switch to BB'ing
Thanks man, hitting abs has become a focus for sure. And yes, 100% need to come in leaner. Haha i don't know, his physique was sort of odd. But he was 48 years old so i can't say anything, gotta give him props for being in incredible shape at 48!
I agree entirely man, i get told my physique is shaped more like a bb'ers often. I suppose it's partially genetics and partially training style... i LOVE heavy deadlifts... and i LOVE heavy bench. Just recently hit 405x1 on flat bench.... been a life long goal of mine... feltgoodman.jpg
I really appreciate all the great feedback so far guys!! Thanks!! Repping as many as i can
