I used to have Stuart McRoberts book on technique, http://www.amazon.com/Insiders-Tell-.../dp/9963916392, but a friend of mine lost it.
I might buy it again, but I wanted to see if anyone has any other suggestions.
Is there anything better out there?

This directory.
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html
GIFs of any exercise you can imagine and organized by both exercise and by targeted body parts.
Example, click on 'upper body' and then pick one of the exercises. You get this:

Click on 'thighs" and 'squats' and you get this:

I'm realizing now that a book just might not cut it--I'm going to need detailed videos. And the kind of detailed videos I need are just like the 20+ min "So you think you can squat" form video in the sticky.
I tried looking for military press, DL, etc videos by the same author and couldn't find anything like the other video.
So I searched youtube, and found a lot of bull**** videos made by guys that are too young and too small to be giving advice.
Does anyone have any quality sources to browse?
