Posting pumped photos and unpumped photos are obviously going to be night and day. I look like absolute **** going into the gym and a beast by the end.... No surprise.
I don't know if he's natty or not, but no reason to think that its not possible to achieve. I was in pretty good shape at 18 and I was doing pretty much everything wrong. If I had my knowledge back then I can imagine getting to where Seid is.
