Theoretically, if every 150k poster get repped by 5 other 150k posters everyday. They would increase their rep power by 750 everyday. In a month, they'd have 22k more rep power, giving all of them 172k.

Am I right in thinking that the higher the rep power of the one who's being repped and the one doing the repping, the more rep power is received?
I always thought it was rep power /1000. So if your rep power is 1, and you get repped by someone with 2000 rep power, you gain 2 extra reps making 3.☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆

Yeah, reps grow exponentially. Not due to rep trading, but also because many users are more likely to rep a high rep poster for the same post as a medium or low rep poster.
