    Should I cut or bulk first?

    So I'm currently 220lb 6ft and probably around 30-35% bf (you tell me, pic in profile pic). I am just wondering if I should cut or bulk first?

    no profile pic bro, I would say cut first if you are really 30-35% bf - get on a strength routine - Baby lovers starting strength - eat at about a 2-300 calorie defecit do this for 5-6 months. slowly build strength up, lose fat/weight. and come back in 6 months and re-assess your goals.

    Thanks man, that means a lot. I did put on quite a bit of size after about a month of solid lifting (dem black genes), however I stopped again for about 2 months to study for exams and due to my laziness. I'm getting back into it now and was just sorting my diet etc out.

    your definetly not 30-35% bf judging by the profile pic i can see now you are no where near it. it really is up to you whether you cut or bulk depending on your goals. looking good in that pic tho. good luck

    Cheers man, I have a 6 pack etc but the reason I'm saying my bf is around there is because I have a lot of fat on my chest which is really annoying but I'll just have to cut super hard when ever I do plan to do it. I'm actually more leaning to cutting and losing maybe 20lbs before I start bulking.
