Chest/Back on Monday
Shoulders/Arms Tuesday
Legs Friday
Usually 8-12 reps x 3 sets. Occasionally dropsets or superset to mix things up.
Hardly any cardio.
120g protein per day over 6 meals 7.30am-9.00pm.
Carbs in meals 1-4 (raw oats, wheatmeal bread, pasta)
Meal 6 (protein shake) water instead of milk.
Fat mainly came from fish.
