    Smile Body Fat %?

    Hi guys,, can you tell me my body fat percentage?
    I'm judging about 17% i guess.
    What do you think and how long will it take me for 10%?
    Do you personaly think it's time to cut?

    I do have bad posture , i have a genetical problem on my spine and it's pretty painful to keep a good posture lol
    And cheers superstylr, i guess i'll just have to get onto cutting then, thanks I didn't realised i had such a big bodyfat percentage lol, shame that i started bodybuilding only recently. Do you think that if i cut i will look like a freaking stickman?

    Why would anyone tell him to lose weight? That's retarded. OP you seem like a beginner so just be getting your diet dialed in and lifting you'll see a good recomp effect. I started out skinny fat too and it sucks but you can definately overcome it man.

    Oh that sucks i'm sorry man. I was just letting you be aware becuause I have severe scoliosis and now I notice things like bad posture all the time. From how it looks, it looks like you might have backwards pelvic tilt. Most people don't know this but just because your back hurts, etc it really is most likely your pelvis that it causing the pain. I'd recommend doing some backward pelvic stretches. I could give you a list a little bit better if you'd like.

    Honestly if I were you I wouldn't really do a specific program. I'd just start plain lifting and eating right. If it was me personally I'd do cardio as well because number one it will eliminate lots of fat and number two it's good for you.
