    what does this piece of equipment do?

    ok I have been doing the gym 5 years but havent seen anything like this. Im guessing its either for squats or shrugs. Im thinking the latter. Please clear up my confusion.

    I dont believe it is hammer curls. this is the equipment for hammer curls. Its too large for that:

    You put your feet in the foot-holders at the side (use straps if you have to), and do hip-thrusts to illicit movement.
