I'm going to log my progress here, on Twitter, Youtube, and post some food porn on my Instagram as well. (links to all in my sig)
Basically I'm a month into prep, started close to 15%, about 197, now I'm about 10% while holding water at 191 (BF % from prep coach).
Doing the following split:
Mon-45 Min Cardio
Tue-Back/Abs/Calves
Wed-Arms
Thur-45 mins cardio
Fri-Legs/Delts
Sat-REFEED
Sun-Chest/Abs/Calves
Carb cycling, all clean foods, no protein powders, creatine, BCAAs, or bullsh!t supplements.

Just picked up some powdered egg whites, here's my review:
Egg Whites Reaction/Review
Had a great back workout, can't wait to switch gyms this week! Ready for a gym with all the equipment I need and not having to screw around making stuff work.
Today I bloated up pretty bad, have to see where all the damn water came from, considering I've drank like 2 gallons. Tommorrow is arm day!
Also got a dermaroller, some vit. e oil, and posing oil in today. Just picked up the posing oil cuz it was almost sold out on amazon and I was putting an order in. Next week I'll be ordering my protan and stuff so I have everything on hand that I need.
Need to get my dandelion root in too, BP spike came again today. I normally am 120/70, today it was at 170/80 o_0
But then tonight it's back down in the 130s, so I'll take it for the moment. I like Dandelion root for BP issues, plus it's natural diuretic effects help a bit as well!~Murray State Crew~

Today will be my arm day, usually goes fairly quickly, it's all supersets, and the arms REALLY get burnt fast that way.
Yesterday I had some surprise tricep striations post workout, let's see if they come back today and if I can maybe get a pic or 2!~Murray State Crew~
