    Big 3 ratio?

    As of now my big 3 are Bench 205, Squat 305, and Deadlift 440? Why is my bench so chitty compared to my dealift...da fuark!?

    in my opinion it is lagging a bit. bench twice a week. if you want strength on barbell bench, i recommend using a 5/3/1 set up. and add accessory work of course

    Inb4 not a single strong bench has been had by doing 1 work set each week

    Volume at +80% 1RM, 2 sessions each week, ****ton of upperback work, hammer triceps hard, learn proper form, eat, rest ------- profit?

    5/3/1 is the worst bench program on this planet.

    99% of it's users have had gains of about 10 pounds in 4-6 months.

    Stop suggesting this; it's a good program, but that is one of its flaws. If you are a 500 pound bencher,then yeah 10 pounds is great. Not when you are doing 185.

    dont worry, i just hit 178 lbs, and i got a 250 bench today, my squat is 385, and my dead is 480. MY ratio is crazy
