    Tomorrow is the day.

    I start back on it.

    I have been at a static point for about 4-5 months now.

    I would say my improvement is from being 6 ft 2 250 or so to 202-205 weight range..

    I still had a long way to go even though I did improve I was wearing 38 jeans and now wear 33 jeans and 34-36 pants waist size.

    I would like to drop another 15-20 lbs and start building muscle.

    I have been sitting pretty for too long and its time to make moves.
