Well they constantly interview them too, book on a navy seal I read called FEARLESS was really legit highly recommend it.(was in DEVGRU aka sealteam 6)

The only times I get a bonrar in the military is when I get to see artillery rounds whizzing over head and making rocks and dirt fly everywhere.

Once you join you will quickly realise being outside your comfort zone for long periods of time is not very fun. Im talking being cold, wet, hungry and tired as fuk. Not to mention the real fear you will feel if you are deployed in a combat role.
