    Lifting on a hangover...

    So I'm pretty damn hungover. Had anywhere from 10-15 beers last night. Drank a few bottles of water before bed but I still woke up feeling pretty ****ty this morning. Slammed a bunch of water and got a good meal in me about an hour ago. Thinking about hitting the gym in about an hour. How do you guys feel about working out hungover? Is it worth it to work out when you're not 100% or do you dedicate hangover days to recovery and just hit the gym extra hard the day after?

    I always feel better after working out, so i suggest going but take it light. I usually do like 30 mins of running then some abs or something i don't get enough of in my routine and take off. I never do an actually planned day though, feel like it would be a waste and no way I could get threw it all hungover (full body days)
