    i do cardio 3x per week on my off days from lifting. its amazing how many people lift but wont do cardio. cardio improves blood flow. better blood flow = more blood going to muscles. smooch it baby! use those lips!!

    I lift heavy 3x per week and play football on Sundays. I do zero cardio in between and am faster now than when I ran track in highschool. If you lift heavy enough, that should be your cardio.
