Don't like the stuff, but adding honey and fruit makes it better. Maybe add some nuts if you don't like fruit.

Cottage cheese makes a much better snack in my opinion.

I just put frozen blueberries in mine. I think it tastes good even without them though.

Personally I measure about 200 grams of Greek Yogurt,and cut 25 grapes in half then stir that **** together.
