I've just been sick for what seems like an eternity (a week) meaning no gym. Does anyone suggest any vitamens to prevent this happening again? I feel as if i ran myself down with excerisize causing my sickness. thanks

Since i been on Orange Triad by Controlled labs i rarely get sick now, and if i do its only mild. Just one of my recommendations.

I have been on ON's multi for the past 4 months or so. Starting up Orange Triad now to see how it is... good luck finding a good one. No complaints on either of the two.

If I feel a cold or sore throat coming on I take zinc and vitamin C and it seems to curb it before it gets worse. OT would be great for preventing it as stated

For general health, a greens supplement is a great addition to a high quality multi such as OT as the others have suggested. Some other good multis are SAN Dr. Feel Good, and iForce Athletic Multi.
