Lipo-6 Questions??

I have recently starting using Lipo-6 and I am wondering if there is anything I should look out for while taking it?

1. How well does it work?

2. Possible side effects?

3. Does it disrupt Birth Control effectiveness??

4.Anything else??

1. It's overrated.
2. Many, but side effects are a possibility with 99% of supplements.
3. Don't know, ask your doctor.
4. How's your diet?

That pretty much sums it up.

It will do as the advertising claims, as long as your training/diet is up to snuff. There are much more cost effective products out there (yea scorch, EC even better)

Side effects are the same standard oens you'd get with stims, nothing too drastic.

I can't imagine it having any effects on birth control, but now that you mention it it's probably a good idea to check (I don't rely on mine alone for contraception, mostly for acne/cramps)
