You're doing it wrong. If you're swallowing your own you are essentially just reconsuming protons you've already lost with a gain of nothing.
To gain mad benefits you have to consume an outside source. When picking a quality source, consider this, the closer it is to your own genetic makeup the better it is for absorption and direct muscle gains.
What I'm saying is that you need to swallow your dad's swimmers. Collection can be a challenge but if you explain it to him and let him know what it's for he should be happy to help. If he's completely against it for some reason, serving him a large dinner or large quantities of alcohol could help facilitate a night time collection while he's sleeping soundly.
