I am a 41 Year old female striving to find the best in me. I have been overweight all my life. The past 5 or 6 years I have gone from 278 to 187. That is something I'm proud of. But now I want more. Just started exercising and going to the gym. I am not sure how to combine the exercising with the diet to achieve my main goal. I want to get to 145. I know muscle weighs more. But I just want to know how to ensure the effort I put in pays off. Any suggestions?
