Nor do I. There are too many good things to be thankful for to complain and worry about things we have little control over. It's just a good idea to maximize the situation.
I believe "luck" is what we make of it, and the better we plan, and the harder we work to complete those plans, the more "luck" we have.No new doors were being opened Will.
So I bashed down a wall.
That’s what I love about me…im smurter then people exxpekt me to bee.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Good title!
I hope you don’t want royalties.
I have no idea what those are but they sound trailer parkie .
Lol
Track pants FTW though!
Good choice but I need poor people to look after?
Are there poor people in our Nation’s capital?-kinda srs
True.
I just get to take longer doing it though.
LOL
We’ll see wut happens.
True.
I know little about the business of money it would be a good idea to get some help.
I’ve espoused my belief on “luck” many times in my journals…you’re probably aware your perception of it is much like mine.
There is no such thing as luck.
Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity.

I’m @ the stage where a comprehensive back training session would take too long so it has been split into two days.
B’uck T’ickness
Good Mornings
20x45, 20x95, 20x135
3x12x185
6x275
Hammer strength Row, PWO
20x180
3x15x230
6x320
Seated cable Row
3x6x250(stack)
Cardio;
4 x 20 min. HIT walking
I kept this simple.
I was wondering last night if I did enough and am now writing this the day after.
DOMS tells me I did a damn good job!
Back width day will include rear delts, biceps, and of course, exercises that make my lats wider.
3 more working days until retirement….

I’m trusting my subconscious is doing enough worrying for my consciousness.
F.ukking S.h*t U.p U.niversity
Over
No damn way.
I’ve always envisioned Ottawa to be grey with white folks wearing suits to work.
‘Cuz I didn’t hit no lats, traps, rear delts, and biceps.
Made me feel like a lazy wanker.
But since you put it that way I’m once again recognizing I am indeed “the sh*t”, a legend if you will…
Thank-you Andrew.

B'uck Width, rar deltz, bicepts
Wide grip Pulldown
20x100, 20x120
3x15x140
6x200, 6x170
-I keep my feet tucked under my azz doing these to fully stimulate dem dur lats
-untucking my feet upon rep failure of the above allows me to lean back and further hit the muscles of the upper back
-the 6x200 was done with the above ^^^
-the 6x170 was done with the former
Moral of the story;
You can eek out extra stimulation for a muscle group on many exercises by just changing the angle in which the rep is performed.
1 arm DB Row
2x12x80
-still following my re-start on these and progressing as intended
Kneeling reverse narrow grip Pulldown
3x15x97.5(stack)
Wicked son, just wicked.
Reverse Pec Dek
20x80
3x12x100
Stronger on these than any other time in my training career.
BB Curl
20x45(bar)
3x10x95
4x135
These need work but my armz gotzx teh hyooge the last few months.
Ummm…
Started talking it up with hawt chick who USED TO out squat me.
Now I don’t have too many friends in this world but this hawt chick turned out to be the g/f of one of my friends.
Never saw her/recognized her in the gym. Only saw her outside of the gym, in civie clothes.
Phuck I felt dumb, good thing I never really took the conversation to “that level’.
Back to foreveralonecrew.

I've been lurking in here quite a bit lately without posting, Brian. You know that I come in here, primarily for the pics of ladies and the fact that your write-ups are often second only to those of Gregg Valentino. Should have wished you the best of luck before today. I have a lot of respect for you and had been waiting to see how you answered the following questions.
Somehow I can't even imagine you at that weight.Inactivity Kills!!!
My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=140991491 Age is NOT an acceptable excuse.
Played with dinosaurs as a child. Back then everyone was thin; it was a matter of out-running the raptors or being one of their meals.

Ha .... that's embarrassing when that happens. I'm always running into nurses who I know really well but who I have no idea who they are out of context .. it's the hair that confuses me. Girls look totally different with their hair tied up compared to when they're letting it all hang loose. Good thing you didn't make a move or that you didn't tell your friend about the hot chick who had eyes for you while you were squatting
I like the idea of changing the angle on the pull-downs to keep hitting the lats from different angles and it's great that you're feeling stronger on the reverse pec deck and the curls. Strong@ss curls at 135 and at 275, I'm not surprised that da gunz is looking hyooge"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs
