I gained 10lbs and weight gain stopped.
Iv been the same weight for over a month and my gains have slowed to a crawl.
Bit of background info I work as a truck unloader 4 guys moving 3-6k items a night weighing 5-100lbs.
Idk how much more I can eat I'm starting to feel sick after meals. Any advice?

Try eating more caloric dense foods, or foods that you enjoy so much that you could eat endlessly.
Chocolate, ice cream, PB, dried fruit, homemade weight gainers, fatty meat.....Sports Science & Health Undergraduate

You've probably accelerated your metabolism to an absurd degree.
I experienced the exact opposite as you.
When I was cutting and I dropped my calories to 1,200/day, my metabolism slowed down to an absurd degree, and I could no longer lose weight.
Drop your calories to a more manageable 4,000 and you should paradoxically start putting on more weight than at 5,000.Lake Titicaca [img][/img]

I experienced it firsthand. I literally stopped losing weight at 1,200 calories which is about 2,000 calories under maintenance for me, after you factor in the ridiculous amount of cardio I was doing.
If you go WAY UNDER or WAY OVER maintenance then you may very well phuck up your metabolism and stop gaining/losing weight (whichever one is your goal).Lake Titicaca [img][/img]

That's possible. I can't speak to a major caloric surplus. All I can say is that a major caloric deficit literally caused my bodyfat and overall body weight to stall for 2 weeks, when according to 3,500 calories burned = 1 lb. loss theory, I should have lost 8 pounds (my maintenance was about 3,200 calories after all the cardio I was doing).

I was pushing 4000+ for a few weeks- didn't gain jack. Lost a pound or two really.
Been eating more full meals/ less shakes and 3500 instead-- scale is moving back up.
Strength is starting to jump up too.----------start -------------- current

I'm aware of upregulating your metabolism when you crash it by eating like an idiot and certain metabolisms are more adaptive to caloric surpluses than others, but the only way to overcome that is to eat more. You can't just assume that since something works one way that it will work in the reverse. Please, do your research before giving advice to others.
