Ive decided to do all my cardio on the days I DONT work. After I turned 21 I got promoted to bartending and goodness its like 7 hours of cardio w/ constantly doing dishes,making drinks,pouring beer, picking up 5 glasses at once ( My forearms are gonna be jacked lol ) and just constantly being on my feet. One thing I started to incorporate is like 15-20g of carbs via gatorade powder during those zombie moments of being hungry. Its not so much Im actually hungry but I just crave whatever it is I plan on cooking for dinner. My macros are still at 245p/300c/70f and ~35g fiber.

Idk what the hell is up with my appetite but its been non existant. Yesterday was a bad day and almost 75% of my diet was liquids because of it. Im feelin better now and am about to RAGE on some homemade hibachi.

meh, just had one of the sh*ttiest days of prep . GF of 3 years and myself arent doing so well and could potentially be broken up. This all sounds like stupid highschool stuff I know lol . I still hit all my macros and just out of frustration today I maxed out 475lbs on deadlifts...Ive done 500 but w/ straps. Today I just ripped it off the ground, no straps.
Crappy day.
