Need an online calculator to zero in on my intake requirements to achieve my goal of losing weight and gaining muscle. I'm 5'6 185 lbs 25% bf. I'm trying to lose 31.5lbs of bf and add 9.1lbs of muscle. thanks for the help

Calculate TDEE here ^.
Get 1g protein per lb of LBM.
Get 0.4g fat per lb of LBM.
