    Question Calories, protein, carbs, fat calculator

    Need an online calculator to zero in on my intake requirements to achieve my goal of losing weight and gaining muscle. I'm 5'6 185 lbs 25% bf. I'm trying to lose 31.5lbs of bf and add 9.1lbs of muscle. thanks for the help

    Calculate TDEE here ^.

    Get 1g protein per lb of LBM.
    Get 0.4g fat per lb of LBM.

    Fill the rest of your calories with whatever you want.
