keep up the good work. Nice to see that veins in your arms picture.
Keep on chugging on with bodybuilding, I think at 22 you have a good base, just keep at it. In my opinion going up a rep or so every workout is better than going up in weights, untill you have too, due to tendons getting more used to it then the weight. I am very injury preventive minded.

Yeah, I'm hesitant to up weight on a lot of exercises because of past injuries.

I'm tired of these stupid low back pulls that leave me unable to do anything for hours. I need to work on my flexibility or ditch BB Rows. So I guess it's yoga time! lol

Big Back Day! It sucks when the lower back can't keep up... I have to really focus to make sure I dont put too much pressure / stress on the low back.... started using a belt as well

Yesterday I did an 8x8 split for chest with 60 sets, and today banged out 12 reps at 245 flat bench. Chit, the fast recovery is unreal.

yeah we used to have a secton on Am, not anymore. your strength is up. how is the depth on them squats?
have you started your prohormone cycle yet? have you done any before and what are you planning on if you dont mind?
I so wish i could do one , I cant though I am not even in the gym due to I have to let my body heal, would be useless to do a cycle with a defective elbow , hopefully it gets better soon

Ok guys, so here's what happened to me:
I was away from the interwebz for a while, and somehow my password got mixed up or something and I was trying to get it back. My e-mail I had signed up with (never use it anymore) was a hotmail account that was taken over by spammers, so it was a mess getting it back. But I did finish the Massularia and have to say the following:
I had great strength gains on it and definitely enjoyed the run. I stayed pretty lean at 3k cals a day, and I increased every lift by at least 30 pounds. My decline got all the way up to 345x6 until I had to use a Planet Fitness and not be able to do any decline movements (or free weight movements for that matter). I went to a world gym 1 day and did 4 plates per side decline press for reps and the owner walked up and said "WTF!" lol
I am sorry that the log didn't get finished, but I have a bottle and a half of Glycobol sitting here that I will be doing a log for you guys with after PCT. Actually may use it with PCT too to keep from losing the glycogen like I keep hearing about that goes away during PCT.
I got up to 185 by the time all was said and done, and now I'm sitting at 207 at ~13-14% Bodyfat, but no pics cuz I'm all bloated and whatnot, would just look like a pic of some fatty 
Again, my apologies to all of the AI crew, ya'll have been really good to me, and I will do anything I can to make it up to ya'll.
Also, Life Support is working great, BP has actually went down on cycle, so I would have to say that it's doing it's job :-)
