    bench wont go up!!! need help!

    ive been benching from 135 to 145 for my workout and i cant go up from here ive fixed my diet, does anyone know any workouts that could help?

    2) De-load and try again
    3) You're not eating enough, fix it again, take a look at your overall calorie intake. Try to have it in a surplus.

    5) Leg drive

    If your problems are at your chest, do rack presses and rest-pause work

    It just takes time. You're around bodyweight now, so just keep at it till you can rep bodyweight. Then you can progress to BW+20, +40, etc etc
