Been bulking for the past 3 months during the summer is was maintaining 170 to about 172ish. Currently taking in 3000 cals 300g pro 350-400 carbs and 75-90 fats. Chest is still far behind but feel like i am making slow progress on it. Bench is going up as well as other lifts. Let me know if what i need to focus on and if im too fat to bulk another 2 months would like to hit 195 and maintain that and shed some bf. Thanks
