Same way here. I don't think the 40 is a good test for d line. I'd say 10 and 20yd but a lot of the testing is bull. I also have no clue why so many coaches have players run gassers, 300yd shuttles, etc. It's not doing much good.
Guys always think I'm much stronger than I really am when they go against me. They will guess what I bench and stuff but are always way over it. Guess I'm just more physical when going against people or I'm just aggressive...

bench doesnt mean ****. if your ever flat on your back pushing up you have really dun goofed. you have no idea the rage it causes me every time we run 300's i can run them no problem but there so useless. when youre playing at a high level you have atleast 3 d-tackles that can rotate contiditioning doesnt mean ****. when a running back breacks a 40 yard run he goes to the sideline to catch his breath.
as to streght in a 1 on 1 it has a lot more to do with technique/ leverage.
the problem with combines is you can train to run a 40 take .2 seconds off and just be better at running a 40 but no improvement in the gamesub to my youtube for more videos of me lifting heavy things : www.youtube.com/user/civilizedmurderer

where you thinking about going? any offers yet?.
I was never big enough for football, but it's not my thing anyways. If your a D-linemen and your not "fast" enough think about playing O-Line in college.
And repped for the squat, my bro who's 6'6 struggles with 225 on squat, lol.
EDIT: AND strong retards ITT who don't understand that he has no need to cut down, he looks great no homer as it is and he actually has a future unlike you fuks who lift for no reason.
