Gotchyu I sent a message to a 400lb he'll probably lemme know soon. Either way the comp was fun and my hammies/glutes are still DOMS'd from those deadlifts.
Lol only because I went over slightly and my last 2 reps didn't count but I had 36 bruh. I also didn't use a stop watch and did not pace myself. I watched your video and you stopped every two reps; if I had done that I'd likely have gotten 40+.
???
That is literally how i deadlift. I wait for it to come to a complete stop. When i usually deadlift i wait 3-4 seconds on usual, i don't mean to do it, i just do it lulz. For me thats constant. I do not like bouncing.
Also i hope you realize that was a warmup for me. The only reason i did not post another video was because i got banned and didn't care.
But ya man, after that i took a 2minute break and continued my back workout, it wasn't that bad. Like i said warmup

Lol ok you looked pretty fatigued to me and no that was a pace you had your stopwatch like you said and you were pacing yourself every 2 reps not after every deadlift but every 2 reps.

The stop watch was smart, because unlike u guys, u guys were guessing in your head how long to take. I had my stop watch telling me. not cheating, just smart.
Lol ya i was fatigued i did 35 reps heheh. But i wasn't like you man. U said you were shaking for 30minutes after and was unable to finish your workout, and still have soreness.
i mean yes i was tired, but i took a 2 minute break, did my workout and still made good prs. It was just like a regular deadlift day to be honest.
Oh and by me doing the 2 quick reps actually screwed me up, because it burnt me out way quick. I should have just did like everyone else and did each one slow

Nobody said the stopwatch was cheating. Anybody could have figured out it would've been more effective. I thought about it but didn't want to give up my music for the stopwatch. I believe I was so fatigued because I didn't pace myself. I didn't rest once until I passed 20 reps. Try doing the reps straight with no rest period and let me know how you feel afterwards. Again if I had paced myself accordingly between reps I believe the outcome would've been much different but this is just speculation.

no offence man, but doing them straight, u can bounce, and bouncing is a hell, and i mean a hell lot easier to do. I tried doing that before, i can bounce the sh it out of the weight, were i am basically doing just the lockout.
not for me sorry. I believe in doing the deadlift, letting the weight rest 3-4 seconds, then performing the lift. Just the way i do them, wasn't pacing.

just rewatched your video bro. You were resting since the first rep(srs)
You wait about 2-4 seconds each rep. You are still resting. After about 20 reps though u start taking 6-7sec rests instead of 4
lol no let me clarify I did not pause my set like you did after every 2 reps. You literally paused and got down on your knees and rested after every 2 reps. I used a normal lifting tempo up until about 20 reps.

your pacing is obvious by the video it's extremely obvious that you were pacing doing 2 deadlifts and then crouching down for a rest every time is a pace.
Additionally doing them straight with a controlled tempo like I was doing there is no bounce only sufficiently more fatigue.
You're late for one, secondly it's only annoying if you read it, and lastly the intermediary usually gets destroyed aka you just saying.
??
It doesn't matter if i got on my knees or not. I still rested 4-5 seconds each rep as well as you. A continous rep is when you do not stop. The second the bar hits the ground you then deadlift up.
I honestly don't care, i am just saying that we both did the same thing.

Bouncing deadlifts are easier as far as getting reps but they are about 500% more dangerous. You are literally catching the weight while pulling up and by the time you catch it the low back is in a bad position for taking the weight.
Edit: i think i got everyone that wasnt repped.
Deadlift- 575 Squat- 450 Benchpress- 335
In a deadlift race with E_P_C based on progression. i am 5 pounds ahead :)
Racing to a tree fitty benchpress with BabyOilBrah. we are tied-ish :)
Racing to a 5 plate squat with jshaw5. i think i am winning :)

Bull**** anybody who watches our videos can tell I don't rest and you take as big of a resting pause as possible between every two reps. I did not rest in between reps at all until after 20+ reps. You rested every two reps. I mean maybe you're just a little retarded and can't tell the difference.
your 11th rep ends at 3:09 ur 12th rep starts at 3:12. That is 3 seconds of rest.
Your 12th rep ends at 3:13 and your 13th rep starts at: 3:15. That is 2 seconds of rest.
Your 13th rep ends at 3:16 and your 14th rep starts at 3:19. that is 3 seconds of rest
Your 14th rep ends at 3:21 and your 15th rep starts at 3:23. That is 2 seconds of rest
Your 15th rep ends at 3:24 and your 16th rep starts at 3:28. That is 4 seconds of rest
Clearly you are the retard. Because you have no idea what a rest is.
Lol yet you started at my 11th rep. You literally drop to your knees and rest puss boi the point is you paced yourself the entire time and rested. Whereas I did not objectively pace myself if I had results would've been different phaggot.
Whitekoala definitely "paced" himself, and rested very early in his set.. I do agree with agrier here. However it does not matter both were very impressive sets
