With only 2 years lifting experience I wouldn't exactly say you're advanced; certainly intermediate and on your way to advanced though.

about 3 and a half now I haven't updated any progress pictures or stats since about the 2.5 year mark and won't until I lean out this summer hoping to have some great gains during this bulk. I'm already about 210 lbs.

You guys do realize that it has absolutely nothing to do with how much weight you can lift. He could lift 800lbs that doesn't mean he can rep 100 reps for his bodyweight for x1.5bw.

Just because jay cutter or phil heath have big muscles doesn't mean they can do more than like 15 bw pullups.

Its the same from world domminit. would be impressed if he got 25 reps. Thats what i think he will get.

Calm your ego bro. We have a squatter but we need a power clean because of your pussy fit about Eric that is fuking annoying. It is a competition and you are letting past agruements ruin it. We will lose with this mindset because one person can not win this. Agrier and worlddomnit, are insane lifters and that is why i chose them. I want you to calm your ego and show you can be beat. You are not carrying this team on this back. If we do not turn in your videos and you turn in your 35 deads we will lose.
