been working on my bench. i am currently confident i will only be able to do 8 reps on my event if i do not step up the game. My weight is at 170 right now. maybe if i cut down to 160 ill be able to do my event much better.

how can you only lose 2lbs lulz. I lose like 5lbs overnight easily. Go from like 193lbs at night to like 188lbs in the morning. Thats not even fasting either thats just a regular day

I drank like 2 gallons and at 5 i stopped drinking and woke up at 5 next day 3 lbs lighter.
