You got me, I dropped out to boycott our team. Your view would be a little different if I was backing you up wouldn't it?
No, it is just i did not expect you to drop out. Does not matter how many reps you can get, even trying and only getting 2-4 is ok. You seemed like you just gave up

Uh, pretty much. Like I said, I pulled out because I knew I wasn't dedicating the time to this competition that others were or could and that put the team at a disadvantage. There were 4 back-ups in the sign-up thread, at the time there was no reason for me not to drop out.

I understand, sorry brah. I am giving Agrier to ensix's team, and taking either EricKanevskiy (8 rep squat) or the Zeus lifter.

Shouldn't have to actually dedicate time to this it's just you doing a single set on video and a weigh in; doesn't have to be perfect. I'm putting my goals/routine before any competition I'd enter on bb.com forums.

Pretty much the point actually :/ I'm not doing any strength training atm and focusing so much on 1 exercise gets in the way of the rest of my workout, especially if I have someone with me.
Plus, whether it's on bb.com or not, a comp is a comp and I'm not going to bother unless I try my hardest and put in the time.

I'll let you guy's decide
I'm estimating 206 lbs
Squat Working Sets:
365x5 atg
400x4 atg
450x5 parallel
500x2 parallel
270x15 I was extremely fatigued by the 15th rep and believe I would've hit failure by 17 or 18.
My estimate is bigger based off of this I'm estimating 25 reps if I squat fresh.

If you really are in my team I'm afraid you'll have to do deadlifts, squats are taken.
My log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=142612341 (olympic lifting and whatnot)
So 30ish? Do them, Koala step your game up and hit 40+
It's really honestly too hard to tell what I would do until I do it like I didn't think my squat was as great as it was and I just started dead lifting again so the transfer of training or adaptation response is going to be at its highest right now. I may be speculating but wouldn't be surprised if I did more than 30.

cool straps will be used :-) lol my grip strength would go on me probably well before I was done my set.
Haha, i hope your team has a good run! I want a competition since most people are giving up lol. Idc if i win/lose, this is about fun and testing myself

Lol yeah I'm starting to get a little competitive myself haha. But it's also beneficial in the effect that it pushes me out of my normal rep range on deadlifts. Now I may be speculating a bit too soon but Science and Practice of Strength training by Dr. Vladimir Zatsiorsky seems to propose this competition is certainly going to be beneficial for gains and improving dead lift performance so I'm all for it.

I made this competition just for that. People will want to 1-up each other and train harder to win. People can see what they can do when a team depends on you.
