I want to try Universal's Casein Pro for two main reasons; I would love to have a staple micellar casein powder and also because of the consistency of casein. I personally love the consistency and texture because it makes for a nice and thick shake without having to add anything to it. I personally love thick shakes. Also, the consistency is perfect for baking; icing and frosting for cheesecakes is just one way. Casein is very versatile when it comes to kitchen use.

Besides using this slow digesting protein at night before bed, I would benefit from Universal Casein Pro because of my crazy school schedule right now. There are two days in which I do not have time to sit down and have a meal for about 6 hours. I have time for a little snack, but that is all. I believe Casein Pro would keep me satisfied until I can get a real meal in me.

Review for chocolate that i bought. Tried my last two scoops in lactaid free milk, and my god the flavor changed completely. to a thick malt flavored shake spot on. way better than in water. and now im torn between CnC casein and proton7.Let fate rather TTL decide which.

I think it'd be perfect while I'm working midnight shift at work as a quick meal, not much time to sit n' eat. The slow release proteins would help keep me full. Plus it's 100% micellar casein, top notch.

Putting in my entry to win some Cookies n Cream Casein Pro. First off Universal is a great company that makes quality products! I've looked at some other casein products and they have high fructose corn syrup in them, which I try to steer clear of. I looked at Casein Pro and did not see that anywhere on the list of ingredients which made me want this even more. Second, I'm currently bulking and have been wanting to add a good casein protein to my stack. I would use it before bed and combine it with Torrent which I will be using post workout starting next week. Hoping I'm chosen because I've already seen good results but I know Casein Pro can take me to that next level.

I would love to try your casein for a variety of reasons. I've always been a big fan of Universal products.. I've taken your creatine, shock therapy, and whey with all great results. Never tried your casein though, but have heard great things. I'm on my last week of scoops on my current casein so this would be perfect timing!



I also absolutely love the image you represent and that old school, classical look/style you guys go for. That's exactly the look I try to go for myself; I strive for physiques reminiscent of frank zane, serge nubret, and etc. so your company really hits home with me.

Hey everyone at Universal. I love your products thus far, and would be very interested in trying your new flavor of Casein. I love Cookies and Cream and im sure the taste will be miles above the one other Casein product i have used as i hated the taste. I like the aspect of a slow digesting protein that i can take before bed, but was just really turned off by my last product by another brand, and so would be very excited to give yours a try. Universal has always been one of my favorite supp companys. I have used countless of your products in the past, and I am currently using your creatine monohydrate.

Cookies and Cream has been and is one of my favorite flavors. I am always looking to try different brands take on the flavor. I always prefer to use casein in the moring, between meals or at work. It gives you a more full feeling and nothing beats its creamy texture. Basically I would use it whenever I wanted a little extra protein in my diet or just wanted a tasty shake. I'd also love to post up a honest review for you guys.

I love universal products, the products are great so what isn't there to love. There is a reason Universal has been around so long, and is still going so strong. To this point I have at most had blends. I have been wanting to try a casein so badly, just haven't had the money to really try casein. I hear that caseins make thicker shakes and the thicker the better for me, I like it tasting like a something filling. I also like how long it takes Casein to fully digest, it would leave me feeling satiated for quite some time. The stats are great too, right in line with what I like in my protein. Also Cookies and Cream... what more can I say....its cookies and cream probably the best combination ever. I would love to have the opportunity to try your product and make some different recipes with it.

Would love to try this product because: 1.) I love cookies and cream flavor, probably my favorite. 2.) would like to see if adding casein before bed makes a difference as opposed to getting in some carbs. 3.) Universal has rocked my world starting with Pak all the through my Rage Pump stacks. With all its prestige and my personal experiences I see no better company than Universal to convince me that Casein is crucial.

How would I benefit from Universal's Casein Pro?
The reason why I would want to try Universal's Casein Pro is not only for the taste but also for the benefits that it provides, given that it consists of 100% casein. It's ingredients are of top quality as it is 100% pure micellar casein and there are no cheaper caseinates blended in so you are getting exactly what you are looking for by taking this product. It's nice to see companies willing to spend the extra money to provide top ingredients and not using cheap fillers.

I would benefit from taking micellar casein because given that I am eating a large amount of food currently to try to gain muscle, I find it hard eating a lot right before I go to bed because it affects my ability to have a good night's sleep (having a full stomach). By taking casein at night, my body would get the protein it needs to sustain me throughout a good night's rest of six to eight hours of sleep without food and being able to train again the next day. Because casein is digested at a slower rate, taking it before going to bed would be the optimal time to take this form of protein rather than whey.
Since I am also in school and have a schedule in which I have back to back classes for 3 and a half hours, it is hard to be in class and bust out my tupperware of chicken and rice or waiting until class ends to eat. By taking 2 scoops of casein before class mixed with crushed oats and a handful of nuts, I can get good protein/carbs/fats that can carry me through the entire class period, because casein does keeping you feel satiated and not super hungry that whey sometimes leaves you feeling which is super advantageous given my situation.

Why would I like to win Casein Pro....Having used some of Animal/Universal products in the past I have liked their products. I have not used a Casein product from them in the past...but casein is always a staple for me. I take it pre bedtime and during the day when dieting down. I would definitely like the opportunity to try Cookies and Cream.

Obviously casein will benefit me over whey at bedtime, so I have a constant supply of muslce building amino acids all night long. We grow at night, so whey just digests too fast. It is great for stopping catabolism in the morning, and post-workout, but casein rocks for night time, and I'm ready to bulk!

I would love to test out Universal's casein as I use casein proteins daily to make various high-protein recipes such as sludge, loafs, cakes, etc. The thick binding properties of casein make it ideal when mixed with yogurts, cottage cheese, peanut butter and whatever you throw at it.

I want to try Universal Casein Pro because Universal is a great brand with high quality products. I've never used straight casein before and I'd like to experiment with a slow digesting protein. I think I might be able to benefit from the casein slow digestion over my resting periods while I'm not eating anything else otherwise.

I'd love to test out Universal's Casein Pro because I'm pushing my body to the limit every day from lifting heavy, running, and competing in martial arts (brazillian jiu jitsu), and all this while on a caloric deficit! And in order to do this, I have to keep my nutriton spot on, and a big part of that is not only getting enough protein, but getting as much out of that protein as I can. This is why I would benefit from the micellar casein over whey, due to the slower-digesting properties of casein, my body would digest and absorb this type of protein over a longer period of time giving it the optimum ability to repair, especially at night! I would also benefit from casein more than whey as I do strict IF and the fact that protein gets spread out longer helps my body even more.

On top of this, I've yet to ever try a Universal product, despite knowing they are a popular brand. I'm always looking to try out new companies in order to make sure I find the best products for supplementing my training, especially protein powders as they are a necessity for a serious training, yet busy college student!


Oh yeah, and the flavor is cookies n' cream, which is the greatest flavor of all time.

I would love to try Universal's Casein Pro because I'm a big fan of cookie's n cream and just recently casein as well. And I could definitely benefit from using micellar casein because I'm currently cutting, and casein can help keep hunger pangs away much longer than whey and ultimately help me out with these last three pounds to reach my goal. I also have trouble getting all the protein I need to hit my macros. And also, whey isn't cutting it because I end up being hungry after just half an hour. I've used casein in my Greek yogurt before, and all I can say is that I can never eat Greek yogurt any other way ever again. It was just epically hnnnnnng! Packed full of protein and kept me full for a long time, can't get better than that!

I am definately very interested in trying casein. I have been very sheltered in my protein experience and my inexperience had me using an expensive whey isolate when there was no need. I like how affordable casein is, and how its slow digesting. Seems like it would be a great go to protein source. I dont know many supplement companies, but Universal is one that I do know, and have used before. Your customer service is great and the products I have used have been nothing short of perfect. I also wouldn't mind venturing out in protein flavours. I have only had vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Cookies and Cream would be a nice change up from those.

I would love to try out Casein pro because as of right now I'm bulking up and my schedule is hectic as hell. It consists of eating, sleeping, working, and going to the gym. I want to try the Casein Pro because it is 100% micellar casein and its from a trusted company. The protein to calorie ration is awesome and the protein is top quality. I would benefit from casein over whey because whey protein does not even remotely make me feel full for long. Casein does though the time release seems to buy me a lot more time before I need to eat again which is key for my cuts. Cookies and cream flavor will also help stave off my sweet tooth another key thing to help me during my cut.

I wanna try Casein Pro because I think Micellar Casein would be a great addition to any protein shake because of it's slow digesting properties. This slow digesting properties makes it superior over whey as an in-beteween meal snack or as a before bed last meal, because it ensures us that we have a constant supply of aminos throughout the day and night.

Casein also has a thicker consistency compared to whey, which results into a more thicker, creamier, and yummier shake.

Holy crap FIFTY tubs...

I want to try Universal's new Cookies & Cream Casein simply because I would try anything from Universal. Anything...
Universal quality is well reviewed and documented, and alternating between my whey post-workout and micellar casein for in-between/before sleep would be ideal. I have been out of the gym for nearly a month after rehabbing back pain, and this would greatly aid my comeback.
