    Fighting, Should I gain weight?

I am an aspiring mma fighter. I currently am 6'2" in height and around 180 pounds in weight and just under 10% body fat. Now I have had one fight that didn't go well and I am currently revamping my entire routine, new and better training partners, a better gym, so my techniques should be in order. I am more of a ground fighter but am tall and lean. My question is how should my physique be? should I try to gain more lean mass to fill out my frame? Should I stay the same size? What would just generally be a good direction to take?

Depends on the type of fighter, if your looking to be more of a ground fighter then more mass will definitely be better, but personally i would just stay around the weight and improve strength and develop your punching.kicking techniques that will complement your height.
