Felt like I almost blew out my nose.. anyone get this feel?

I was doing hack squats and the last 3 reps had me working hard for it. I had 820lb on the rack and when I stood up out of it the feeling in my nose was like it was bulging inside like I almost blew a blood vessel or something? anyone have this happen? anything you can do to prevent it?
