thanks to this thread i discovered Chobani 0% at my local Safeway (Gladstone Park) when i usually shop at Coles which dont sell it im keen to try this **** as everyone raves about it

Anyone got accurate macros for jumbo wholemeal rolls from woolworths? I've got 12/30/2.5 P/C/F per roll but I think the protein is too high and carbs too low, by the time I track 2 rolls and enough chicken for the rolls I'm up around 85-90g protein which leaves me bugger all for my other 9 meals.

Try white rolls instead, they usually less protein and more carbs since the flour used isn't whole-wheat.

It's Aldi..so chances are it will be a limited thing - although it is not technically a 'weekly special'.
Stock up to the use by date of the Tubs IMO, massive saving.

A) woolworths stock it
