Two-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath and four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler arrived in Cleveland, Ohio on Friday night at 8:30 PM. Mr. Olympia showing more of his unbelievable dedication looked into finding a gym to go train at in the area after eating and relaxing for a short bit. Team Flex drove Mr. Olympia to Titans Gym: 7655 Mentor Ave Mentor, OH 44060.
If you are ever in the Cleveland area, be sure to check out Titans Gym in Mentor, its Flex Magazine approved. Its a 24-hour gym with every piece of equipment you can think of necessary for a kick-ass workout.
Mr. Olympia did not get to the gym until midnight but this did not stop the Phil. Phil trained back for about an hour and half and did not finish training until 1:30 in the morning. After that, it was off to get some food into Mr. O.
For the month of April, Phil will be out of town every weekend traveling to Europe and in May traveling to South America with a pit stop in Pittsburgh for the Pittsburgh Pro where Phil and Jay Cutler will be guest posing along with several other top pros.
After Memorial day, Phil has a few appearances for Team Muscletech and then it's time to concentrate on the 2013 Mr. Olympia. Everything aside, Phil is focused on one thing - winning his third consecutive Mr. Olympia.
Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath will be filming more of these training clips for FlexOnline and his fans.

I am convinced 100% after this video that Jay had a personality transplant done. He is so much fun now and he honestly used to be one of the most boring guys.
Biggest thing I got out of this is that Phil's wife beat cancer.......CONGRATS to you on that Heath family and I really wish her to stay cancer free and healthy. That is more important than all the Mr. O titles and I am sure Phil would agree.

Phil is really letting loose in this video, no filter on him. Personally I like when people speak their actual mind along with being the best (or one of the best) athletes in their sport.
Awesome.Last edited by Musc1eBound; 04-19-2013 at 04:59 PM.

Haha, funny quotes

Probably resting a little longer between sets cus it's still offseason (he's said before in vids that he rests longer in offseason so that he emphasizes strength gains a little bit more and decreases rest between sets when he starts his contest prep)
This. And lol @ the other thread where people were rationalizing it like "Ronnie Coleman and other greats got disrespected, too" uh...no, not to the level that Jay and Phil have, and not as frequently as Jay and Phil have. Ronnie Coleman practically gets treated like a bodybuilding god on here, with many people even ignoring his lackluster showings and massive 2004 gut, and lack of conditioning in 2006. This forum is full of his fanboys and the same goes for Kai Greene(although the Kai Greene haters are just as bad as the Phil haters, if not worse - I just think for whatever reason, there are more Phil haters).
Just my 2 cents.
Anyways, loved the vid. Lol @ where Jay yells
Agreed!
Also - man, Phil's form on lat pulldowns is textbook. And kudos to usin the shrug machine for rows. I know it probably seemed a little weird, but he says he felt it working, which counts for a lot, imo. Mind to muscle dat chit, son!

Everybody cares what people think about them. Especially public figures. He's the best in the world at what he does and gets hated on and is in a position that it can potentially hurt his brand and his checkbook if he reacts badly to it. Why post on a forum and put yourself through that. If you want to communicate with him, hit him up on twitter. He responds. Way more interactive than a forum.

Ronnie got his share of negativity during his reign with people supporting other guys too (1998 and 1999 - Flex, 2000 - Levrone, 2001 -Jay, 2002 - Levrone and Gunther). The difference is that Ronnie eventually dominated clearly his competition, unlike Jay or Phil. You can root all you want for Phil, but you can't make it seem like things changed for worse only for him.
And yeah, Ronnie is the best bodybuilding in the history. And it seems that he'll hold this title for quite some years (or even decades).

Who's "we"?
Phil won, and it was close. Get over it, fanboy.
Like I said - for him and Jay. I think them not being as dominant is simply the reason they catch more flack...but they do seem to catch more than Ronnie ever did. I remember talking about Ronnie's gut, and half the damn forum getting all butthurt about it. Seems less slanted now that he's retired. Ronnie didn't get disrespected to the level of Phil and Jay, imo. Mostly around Olympia time when all the trolls spammed the IFBB section of the forum. I'm not talking about people just saying Kai was robbed (which he wasn't) - but the ones making personal comments about Phil and such.Last edited by stealth_swimmer; 04-20-2013 at 10:58 AM.

Aaaaaannd the ''fanboy'' comment strikes again.
Never thought Phil would speak about the politics in bodybuilding and especially denying it openly without having it asked to him. 8:02
''Oh it was close at the Olympia...so how I get straight 1st's? And they'll say 'Oh cuz your sponsor was paying for it' Oh really? My sponsors would pay for that sh*t? That don't make no sense''
.............?

Because Ronnie has what those two and most never will. A natural ability for people to want to chear for them. Ronnie was/is friendly, charismatic and a beast in the gym. He didn't have an attitude of any sort. He was/is the real deal. That is why he didn't get shti and why he shouldn't. He brought 100x more to the table than those two combined.
They couldn't wash his jock if they wanted to. They aren't in the same league. Not even close
