The result was an equivalent of 3100kcal/day of training.
I do a routine Ab2xUpper/Lower.
Some stats : 18 years/178cm/Vegetarian(4 years)
For now, that's all.
My goal is to reach 155lbs on July 14 this year (my birthday hehe) + Dunk a basketball with some ease.
