    Post The Wolfz - Taking theory to practice

    Hello,guys !

    I built a diet based on equation Katch McArdle + calorie expenditure with activity (metabolic equivalent + long + lean mass) + thermogenic effect of food.

    Complete DIET : oi44.tinypic.com/25716j5.jpg

    W and E is 50/50 Whey Protein and Egg Protein.

    If someone with more than 50 posts can post the picture for me, thank you.

    The result was an equivalent of 3100kcal/day of training.

    I do a routine Ab2xUpper/Lower.

    Some stats : 18 years/178cm/Vegetarian(4 years)

    For now, that's all.
    My goal is to reach 155lbs on July 14 this year (my birthday hehe) + Dunk a basketball with some ease.



    My Routine :

    Ab2x Up/Low + Jump Manual.

    A1 -

    Jump Manual workout + Traps exercise(sometimes)

    B1-

    Bench Press 5x5
    Chin Ups 3xF
    Pull Ups 3x10
    Barbell Rows 5x5
    Push Press 3x10
    Dips 2x8

    OFF


    A2- Jump Manual Workout

    OFF

    B2-
    Push Press 5x5
    Bench Press 3x10
    Chin Ups 3xF
    Pull Ups 5x5
    Barbell Row 3x10

    Yesterday I went to dunk when I was playing basketball, and hit my finger on the rim.Results...i'm not getting even move my finger.

    Is Swollen now .

    I'm going to college infirmary.
    I hope my finger is good until tomorrow

    All ok.

    Hard to get a good grip with my finger situation...

    No traps exercise.
