Josef, can I ask what your lifts are like for your height/weight? Your physique is pretty much my long-term goal and just wanted to know what kind of strength you have for the main compound lifts.

Also, do you think you have reached, or are close to, your genetic potential?

Also are you naturally ripped... if you didn't work out, would you be sub-10% anyway? I'm 18% cutting to 8% but hoped to be able to maintain 8-10% while forever clean bulking. This is pretty easy if I eat well, don't drink etc. right?

Have not maxed out i a very long time, I will start a training log soon so will be keeping track of everything and I will max out some of my compound lifts.

I'm a 16 year old kid pretty much aspiring to have a sick shredded body like yours, but I admire that you've got some good mass too. I was just wondering if you when you absolutely had never lifted in your life, did you go head first into a split, or start out doing a strength program? I'm yet to start bodybuilding, as I see too many debates about whether doing a strength program first is worth it, but i'd just like to hear what you started out doing. Cheers.

It took you like 5 years to look like that (btw good job brah lookin fkin aesthetic), I think somebody who did a full body for 4 years and then cut down would look about the same or even bigger (considering same genetics) dont you think?
