Put in a pretty sporty session today and really felt good, felt a lot better than last weeks chest/tri session, hit my HRT reps plus some and added in a solid drop set with Flat Bench and Bar Push downs for triceps. After finished drop set on Bench chest felt swole to say the least, same with tri's on that dorp set. Went very wide on the drop set and felt great!

Wasn't feeling all that up to par on Friday, was very tired from not getting a lot of sleep last few nights with kids sick and all. Still felt good with workout and had to give it what I had to get through the negatives!
This workout went well, was a little cut for time but still felt great as I was moving at a little quicker pace. Had dropped the weights on a few things and really felt more focus on the negatives in the back than the biceps.

Was hoping to push more on the weight but just wasn't getting the negatives as clean as I wanted so dropped the weights. Had a little pain in the right shoulder again but once I dropped the weight down I worked through the sets good.
So tonight wrapped up my 12 weeks of HRT and all I can say is wow! Awesome system, I've felt some good increases in strength, with good diet and a little cardio I've continued dropping pounds. I really like the aspect of focusing on the negative reps, throughout the last 12 weeks I was able to hit and target muscles unlike any workouts in the past. I know I will run through this system again and will incorporate HRT workouts on a regular routine. I thank everyone for stopping in and the support here as well!
