Finally had a serving of Haagen Daz Spiced Peach Crumble:



This flavor is WAY better than B&J Peach Cobbler. Again, Haagen Daz outshines with QUALITY. The base is delicious with a cinnamon hints throughout. The peach pieces are chewy as expected and not too sweet - I thought they may lean towards candied peaches but they are done very well. Finally, the crust is spot on. It has a tinge of sweetness and the butteriness is apparent. You end up getting a little chew with crumble.

Cliffs: Great basic flavor with minor mix-ins. Quality and freshness is apparent.

I had a similar experience with a pint of Heath Crunch. I wrote them a letter and they gave me a coupon. It seems B&J has this problem more than most.

Why can't I find the Oatmeal Cookie anywhere near me? When I lived in NM it was just at the grocery- now I'm in FL & it's no where to be found Super sad- It's my favorite of all time!!!

I literally just tried NY SFC this weekend as I grabbed it as B&J's was 2for$7 and I had an odd number of the greek froyos. I'd never gotten round to picking it up before even though it is available pretty much everywhere. The reason for this is because the other chocolate-based B&J offerings I find are too overpowering for the rest of the product. I like chocolate, but there's no point if it's at the expense of the rest of the formula. And my fear was realized when I tried this flavor. The chocolate base is simply too strong, so I can't appreciate the white chocolate chunks or the walnuts (unless they get stuck in my teeth) or the pecans.

I bought a pint of NYSF tonight, knowing your review in advance, and you summed it up near perfectly.

That being said I think there's strong potential for an icecream with an emphasis on white chocolate.

Also, B&J or another top-level prem icecream should try a french silk pie icecream. hnng.

Thank God I still have some in my freezer. I had noticed that my usual hotspots had "run out" recently. I'll have to scour all locations for any lingering pints.

B&J have a UK-only flavor called Baked alaska that is vanilla, marshmallow swirl and white chocolate polar bear pieces. So simple but seriously so effective. I love the stuff, no idea why it is not available here.

Greek yogurt has a massive buzz around it right now. Their greek froyo line must really sell. The OCC must clearly not.
