Boxing sounds like a fun workout, I don't if I could last 5mins lol Keep it going with the pullups, do you have the assisted machine?
I like the range of exercises you have there. Good work with the pushups!

Yep, we have the assisted, I haven't used it for a while but bet its in tomorrows line up with the PT tomorrow : )
LOL at tequila..me too! I hadn't had it for years, this was a mojito blend the hubby bought, and its potent O.O
Time to eat clean and no drinks for a while..the hubby works away and left today, so that will make it easier.Cheers,

14.1.13 Bi/Chest with PT
4X training BP up extra 2.5 kilo on last time, didn't manage 10 on last set..did 6, bugger..
No to pushups as left wrist is tender after last Saturdays bout with Herman..must get straps..
Superset x 3
incline BP DB's 8kg/7kg
barbell bicep curls
One high rep set chest crossover cable, 2kg too heavy for proper form, no weight too light : /
Superset x 3
pec deck- chest 3kg
bicep curls cable bar 4kg
Felt pretty pukey at the end- gym has the climate of a steamy jungle atm.

I thought as an addition to my clean eating commitment on MFP I will post pics of dinner.
Dunno how long I will take pics for as the whole counting and photo thing is pretty laborious..I really admire those who count everything!
This was Chicken/Brocollini/Capsicum/Garlic/Sweet potato..freaking delicious!

15.1.13 Legs with PT
warm up treadmill walking
Squats- Bar to 20 kg x 3 sets
Concentrated on form, got it right toward the end..don't know why its such a challenge in the rack but no where else!
Super set x 3
lying leg press 80-90 kg ( these I really struggled with today)
lying leg curls-last set to 4kg then drop set RTF
leg ext to 4kg drop set RTF
Treadmill 10 mins walking
Stretching
Bit of a slack workout, but in this heat not complaining...day off gym tomorrow..sleep in : )

17.1.13 Back/Shoulders with PT
SSet x4
Bent over DB pulls (one handed) last set 12.5kg x8 reps
OH barbell shoulder presses-to 5kg on bar-work on form/posture, keep abs tight, breathing, lower back dodgy with this
SSet x4
Lat pull downs-v grip to 7 kg
Rows-long bar- to 6kg
Shoulder press machine to 5kg
HIIT rower- 10 mins alternating 2 mins flat out/moderate pace
Loved todays workout..back day is becoming my favCheers,
