I'm more of a book worm then someone who ever worked out. I'm now 25 and extremely skinny. Probably boarder line anorexic. I just started working out and taking protein supplement. I wanted to know what I should eat to gain mass. I'm currently 115. I've been doing a cycle of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats 5 times. How often should I work out? What should I be eating and how often and on my off days should I work out my abs with sit ups?

You'll want to read through the stickies at the top of the forum. They will cover calorie and nutrient needs. The types of foods you eat does not matter as much as total intake over the course of a given day.
Depending on your goals I would suggest you start on a proven weight training program, if your just looking to gain a little wight then what your doing is fine.
