Short season really threw everyone off. Still NBA is awful. Spreads suck because teams with huge leads will stop playing at the end, or the opposite if its a close game then tons of fouls.Originally Posted by ToPHeR35

Anyone having trouble getting the NBA Straight Bet page or is it just me? I have the lines since i wrote them down this morning on a notebook. This is what i got so far.

To answer the question about by bank account (from the previous thread). I wasn't betting my whole bank account at the time of going over drawn last year.
It was when I was in between jobs and trying to survive, buying food, paying rent etc, but my bank gave me no warning what-so-ever to me nearing my overdraft. Just let it go and made me pay fees. Luckily I got a job and back on the road fast before I got into a deeper hole.
But no, I would never bet my whole bank account, I think the most I have ever done is like 15% in one go.The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.

I change my bets based on whether I'm winning or losing. So if I lose like 3 hands in a row I think, "there is no way I'm gonna lose again" and up my bet. So if I won a few times in a row and was up $25 I'd be scared to do it cuz I know the dealer is ready to fawk us over. But maybe I'll try and report back.Originally Posted by SystemTrend

Spread for 2nd half: Florida (-.5) vs Wisconsin (+.5)
I think Florida keeps up the pace and still wins the 2nd half. Didn't think the 2nd half with Kansas last night, feel more confident in this scenario.
