5oz heavy whipping cream
2 scoop of protein choice (I like Protean RVC or ON Whey Mocha)
liquid stevia to taste (I don't use any)
If you freeze the fluff it will turn into an ice cream like consistency.
Divide and conquer how you see fit. I normally split into 2 servings but it tastes so good it can be tough. I've tried doing this with unsweetened almond milk but it never "fluffs"
