Do you typically do all this high rep stuff, or have you just added it in because you don't feel healthy enough to go heavy often?

I've pretty much always done stuff like this. If for no other reason, the mental toughness required makes lifting heavy stuff much easier. Plus, I don't have a meet planned for a while so I can get my back straightened out. So, the main focus of my training for now is strictly GPP.
I was actually going to go for 500 reps but this was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.
